The worst part is they still charge you maintenance for a product that they clearly aren't maintaining or developing actively. No CNMG432 or VNMG341 with appropriate holders. You can't select ANY industry standard tooling from a library. SolidCAM lathe is a VERY WEAK product and not ready for prime time. It only give you a standard and constant helix. It should give you an increasing helix as it climbs from bottom to top. It also doesn't properly support threadmilling tapered threads like NPT. Threadmilling still doesn't work properly as it doesn't allow you to use wear compensation in threadmilling just like you can with all other toolpaths.
However, it has some glaring problems that are not being addressed in a timely fashion.
It needs a workstation level PC to run on due to the inherent resource issues associated with integration with another system like SolidWorks or Inventor.
